In the evening of the 16th of February, an exciting informal event for practicing and potential mentors on Business Class project was held in Google Russia offices.

On the 15th of February, the masterclass was delivered by Mentoring Institute and Business Class programme of Google Russia and Sberbank, as part of the agenda at the Mentor-2018 All-Russian Forum.

The Mentoring Institute and Youth Business Russia performance was nominated among top 20 best practices in the category Mentoring in Entrepreneurship among 317 participants from all over the country at the All-Russian Mentoring Best Practices Competition during Mentor-2018 All-Russian Forum.

Irina Gorelova and Boris Tkachenko delivered masterclass “How to start and implement effective mentoring in entrepreneurship programmes” for organisations carrying out or intending to start mentoring programmes.

The mentoring in entrepreneurship practices were described at the session. 

The Mentoring Days were organized by Youth Business Russia (YBR) and Mentoring Institute team in partnership with Youth Business International, Google Russia and Centre for Entrepreneurship.

On the 17th of November, the Speed Mentoring session “Mentor for Entrepreneur – Ladder of Success” was held by YBR at the IV Voronezh Entrepreneurship Forum in the frame of Global Entrepreneurship Week.

On October 9-13, Boris Tkachenko took part at the Global Mentoring Masterclass in London. Boris and his colleagues, mentoring experts from 34 countries shared experience and completed qualification upgrade under the guidance of Joanne Gray, Robert Garvey and John Cull, international mentoring experts. 

On September 15, Boris Tkachenko, CEO, Youth Business Russia (YBR) and Mentoring Institute, and Irina Gorelova, YBR Regional Coordinator and ScaleUp Programme Manager in Voronezh held seminars on mentor upgrade in the frame of ScaleUp and YBR programmes.

On August 18, Rostov Startup Forum-2017 organised by the Ministry of Economic Development of Rostov Region was held at the premises of Under the Roof co-working (Municipal Centre for Entrepreneurial Development “New Rostov”).
