On August 12-13, the IV Siberian Entrepreneurship Forum took place in Ruyan-city. Boris Tkachenko, CEO, Youth Business Russia programme (YBR) and Mentoring Institute, and Irina Gorelova, YBR regional coordinator in Voronezh and expert at Mentoring Institute held a session on youth business and mentoring development.

Mentoring Institute acted as a partner of “90 days challenge” programme, implemented by Impact Hub Moscow.

Boris Tkachenko’s eventful schedule in Ryazan on the 27th of June included assisting his colleagues in matching and holding the meetings of two new matches, delivering a seminar on mentors’ skills upgrade, meeting with the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ryazan Region to discuss the issues of Youth Business Russia programme implementation.

On Monday, the 26th of June, the meeting of mentor-mentee matches (graduate students) and My Mentor project friends took place. Boris Tkachenko, the founder of Institute of Mentoring and international expert in mentoring, as a special guest, told the active and potential mentors and mentees about the art of mentoring.

On June 12-17, Youth Business International and its member in Brazil Alianca Empreendedora held two international seminars for Youth Business Russia in Moscow.

On the 6th of June, the lectures on the concept of mentoring and specifically mentoring in entrepreneurship globally and in Russia were delivered for the participants of BusinessPROFI and Growing Business sections at the “Altai. Growth Point-2017” forum.  Boris Tkachenko, CEO and co-founder of IBLF Russia and Institute of Mentoring, CEO of Youth Business Russia (Moscow), covered the topic at length.

On May 22-26, the second stage of mentoring programme was launched in the frame of the Youth Business Kazakhstan programme (YBK), implemented by MOST business incubator. Boris Tkachenko, CEO of Youth Business Russia and CEO of IBLF Russia and Institute of Mentoring, together with his colleagues at YBK Alim Khamitov and Dinara Babich delivered the seminars for mentors and mentees, organised matching and first matches meetings.

On May 19, the Institute of Mentoring and Yugra Entrepreneurship Support Fund held the workshop “Mentoring as Living, rather than Job” in Surgut, in the framework of the federal Days of Mentoring.

On May 18, mentoring experts Robert Garvey, Boris Tkachenko and Irina Gorelova held the master class and webinar in Google Russia offices designed for experienced mentors, acting and potential mentors on Business Class Programme being implemented by Google and Sberbank.
