Launch of SOS Mentoring III

The Mentoring Institute launched SOS MENTORING III programme to support current and potential mentors in entrepreneurship through crisis.

In this difficult time for all, we believe it would be essential and proper to unite efforts with mentors and support both mentors and mentees. Exchange of experience and networking between mentors, discussion of support approaches and tools proved efficient during the pandemic, and we decided to adhere to this approach. We plan to hold a series of webinars and invite mentors-entrepreneurs with experience in dealing with multiple crises to participate as speakers.

On the 7th of April, the first mentor meeting took place "When you help someone, you help yourself".

Each participant spoke out about businesses’ current situation, personal experience of overcoming crisis and supporting mentees through crisis, and told about how he/she can help colleagues and community.

Following the discussion mentors agreed to meet each other week to discuss vital topics. 

The next meeting "Adaptation of business strategy in 2022 crisis" is scheduled for April 14.
