SOS Mentoring II Webinar 6 “The art of precise wording in mentoring. Goal setting, asking good questions, focusing”

On the 21st of July, the Mentoring Institute and Youth Business Russia held the sixth webinar for mentors in the frame of the global initiative SOS MENTORING II.

The subject of the webinar - ‘The art of precise wording in mentoring. Goal setting, asking good questions, focusing’.

The webinar was conducted by Boris Tkachenko and Irina Gorelova..

The subject was described and carefully studied using the example of the cases of Tatiana Volchegorskaya, mentor from Saint Petersburg and the webinar speaker.

Tatiana Volchegorskaya is a business coach since 2013, Chief Executive Commercial Director and Managing Partner of JW-Rus LLC, a Russian office of Wagner international group. She has authored the business systemic transformation of Wolf Business Technology, operates as venture capital investor since 1999. Authored the Personnel Independence methodology and co-authored ‘Entrepreneur’s Roadmap’, the author of the curricula of the Institute of Management and Social-Economical Designing of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

The next webinar on mentoring will be held on the 22nd of September at 12:00 pm Moscow time. It will be also dedicated to the most common situations and challenges facing mentors in the course of mentoring relations and will be conducted in the format of a case study of one of the mentors.

SOS MENTORING II initiative is being implemented by Youth Business International (YBI), an entrepreneurship support network operating in 56 countries. The languages of the event are English, Spanish and Russian.

The adapted Russian version of SOS MENTORING II global initiate to support active and potential mentors in entrepreneurship and programme coordinators on mentoring in Russia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Mongolia is being implemented by Youth Business Russian programme and the Mentoring Institute.
