Mentoring at Formula Rosta Accelerator in Astrakhan

Acceleration programme for social entrepreneurs ‘Formula Rosta’ (Growth Formula) being implemented by ‘Our Future’ Foundation switched to remote operation. The Mentoring Institute, as programme partner, launched the mentoring component for Astrakhan online.

On the 7th of April mentoring webinars were held for the programme students and mentors under management of Boris Tkachenko and Irina Gorelova, the experts of the Mentoring Institute.

On the 8th of April, together with Olga Shlykova, representing ‘Our Future’ Foundation, and Anastasia Stefanova, programme director in Astrakhan, they have formed 25 mentor-student matches. Online matches meetings started on the 10th of April.
