On the 23^rd of December, the representatives of the Mentoring Institute Boris Tkachenko and Ekaterina Geraskina held a “live lecture” on mentoring in entrepreneurship in the framework of the “Business Environment” entrepreneurship skills training programme by Sberbank Russia at the premises of ‘My Business’ in Smolensk. Some 30 skilled entrepreneurs, potential and acting mentors attended the event. Information on international and Russian local practices in mentoring, match relationship rules, communication skills and practical exercises helped the participants to understand the nature of mentoring. In addition, Ekaterina delivered a very valuable webinar for mentors on challenges they are facing and solution scenarios.
