Mentoring Round Table at Ryazan ‘Business for Everyone’ Congress, December 6

Mentoring Institute held a round table at Ryazan ‘Business for Everyone’ Congress on the 6th of December. The members of the mentoring project being implemented in the region for 3 years with support of the Mentoring Institute acted as the speakers. Ilya Volodin and Alexey Pamshev, mentors since the start of the project and at all project phases, Maxim Shadrin, mentor at two recent phases, Evgeny Shot, mentee at the first phase and later the mentor at the recent phase in 2019, and Ekaterina Geraskina, project founder since the start, shared their experience with the guests. Boris Tkachenko and Irina Gorelova moderated the round table. The agenda included the discussion of international and Russian mentoring practices, the influence of mentoring on mentees’ and mentors’ personal and business development, after which four most active round table participants got a chance to have a face-to-face interaction with mentors in Mentor Session format. Described experience and fruitful communication with mentors inspired several participants to enroll in the next phase of the mentoring project to be launched in early 2020.
