The launch of the 5th pilot project on mentoring in entrepreneurship in Surgut, 30.11-02.12

The Mentoring Day in Yugra held on the 29th of November in the frame of the VIIth International Days of Mentoring in Entrepreneurship caught a keen interest of Surgut entrepreneurs and inspired them to become mentors and mentees. 

It was the next day, that the 5th mentoring pilot project was launched at the offices of Surgut Branch of the Yugra Entrepreneurship Support Fund. In the morning, Boris Tkachenko, Irina Gorelova, Victor Liberansky, with the help of Ekaterina Treneva, held the seminar on basic mentoring for 20 entrepreneurs wishing to become mentees, 18 of them having come after visiting the Mentoring Day. 

In the afternoon, the seminar for 10 new mentors was delivered, and 9 of them also attended the Mentoring Day. The experts were busy with matching till late, and the first meetings of matches under experts’ control took place on December 1 and 2. All meetings were successful. Now the matches joined the project ‘Mentoring Service’ implemented by Yugra Entrepreneurship Support Fund, and will stay in touch with Victor Liberansky, the project coordinator.
