‘Startup Workshop’ at Russian Energy Week 2019 Forum on the 5th of October

Boris Tkachenko, CEO Mentoring Institute took part at
the open lectures ‘Startup Workshop’ on the 5th of October, in the framework of Youth Day of the Russian Energy Week 2019.

Boris conducted the session
‘Mentoring and its role in personal/business/career development. International and Russian experience.’

Boris talked with the workshop participants about mentoring and why it was important and how it works. The session was held in Q&A format. The participants were interested in organising corporate mentoring practice, in involving mentors and mentees, in the necessity and the process of mentees motivation.
