The launch of the new mentoring-in-entrepreneurship group in Yugra

On June 18-22, the new mentoring-in-entrepreneurship group started in Yugra.

During 5 days, Boris Tkachenko and Irina Gorelova from Mentoring Institute, together with Victor Liberansky, mentoring project coordinator in Yugra, and Maria Narygina from Entrepreneurship Support Fund, have delivered:

- training seminars for mentors and mentees, matching pairs (12 pairs were built), first pairs meetings (10 meetings took place) and Mentoring Club for the new group in Surgut;

- training seminars for mentors and mentees, matching pairs (7 pairs were built), first pairs meetings (5 meetings took place) and Mentoring Club for the new group in Nizhnevartovsk.

As the participants said, the matching of pairs was successful, and seminars, meetings and Club events were useful and exciting.

The project team is also satisfied with both the process of the new group launch and with consistent and sustainable development of mentoring in Yugra. It is planned to launch the next group and to hold Regional Days of Mentoring in Entrepreneurship in autumn.
