Mentoring Projects Community Forum

Boris Tkachenko, CEO, Mentoring Institute and YBR, took part, as well as a speaker, at the Mentoring Projects Community Forum at ASI (Agency for Strategic Initiatives) on the 8^th of February. The Forum was designed to gather together the mentoring project leaders working in various spheres and to discuss common problems, to understand who can be of help to whom and what can be done together. Boris’ speech covered 10-year operational experience of mentoring in entrepreneurship accumulated through implementing YBR and other projects of the Mentoring Institute. It is the comprehensive approach, including especially primary training, continuous support and special communities for mentors, that ensure stable development of mentoring programmes.
