Case study session on mentoring in entrepreneurship at Youth and Small Business Forum in Ryazan

Boris Tkachenko, CEO of Mentoring Institute and YBR, and Irina Gorelova, Project Manager of Mentoring Institute and YBR Development Director, hold a case study session Mentoring in Entrepreneurship at the VI^th Regional Forum Youth and Small Business at the 7^th of December in Ryazan.

The matches, mentors - experienced businessmen, and mentees – budding entrepreneurs, participants of project that was launched in November, shared their experience in mentoring relationship at the session: Sergey Paramoshin and his mentee Alexander Kholopov, Anastasia Filippova and her mentee Yulia Zaitseva. Alexey Pamshev and Anastasia Shadrina, a mentor and a mentee under previous different projects, also talked about their activity. An exciting discussion with active involvement of the audience followed and several attendees volunteered to join the next mentoring project.
