Irina Gorelova and Boris Tkachenko delivered masterclass “How to start and implement effective mentoring in entrepreneurship programmes” for organisations carrying out or intending to start mentoring programmes.

They talked about international and domestic experience in launch of mentoring programmes: algorithm, resources, challenges, and replied the questions about key success factors and failure origin.
