Experience Exchange and Masterclass delivered by Mentoring Institute for mentors on Business Class programme (Google and Sberbank)

In the evening of the 16th of February, an exciting informal event for practicing and potential mentors on Business Class project was held in Google Russia offices.

The event started with presentation by Madina Tyuryaeva, Mentor Relations Manager, on mentoring component on Business Class project and mentor relations plans. 

After that, several mentors who have started working with mentees told about their progress, first positive results and challenges. The discussion was moderated by Boris Tkachenko and Irina Gorelova. Later Boris and Irina delivered the Mentoring Institute masterclass and talked with the mentors about stages and types of mentoring and approach towards mentees’ expectations. 

The event was closed with Q&A session and informal networking.
