Speed Mentoring: “Mentor for Entrepreneur – Ladder of Success”

On the 17th of November, the Speed Mentoring session “Mentor for Entrepreneur – Ladder of Success” was held by YBR at the IV Voronezh Entrepreneurship Forum in the frame of Global Entrepreneurship Week.

About 70 practicing and potential entrepreneurs took part at the session. Each participant had an opportunity to learn about mentoring in entrepreneurship with the examples of the real cases, the reasons for a shrewd businessman to become a mentor and to help young beginners, the feedback of mentoring relationship for both mentee and mentor, and to test mentoring relationship right on the spot. 

The session was moderated by Boris Tkachenko, CEO, Mentoring Institute and YBR, international mentoring expert, and Irina Gorelova, Project Manager, Mentoring Institute, YBR Regional Coordinator in Voronezh.
