Seminar for Mentors in Voronezh

On September 15, Boris Tkachenko, CEO, Youth Business Russia (YBR) and Mentoring Institute, and Irina Gorelova, YBR Regional Coordinator and ScaleUp Programme Manager in Voronezh held seminars on mentor upgrade in the frame of ScaleUp and YBR programmes. They have analyzed the mentors’ reports on the level of satisfaction of the mentor-mentee partnership, answered the mentors’ questions and discussed practical cases, gave recommendations and set up exchange of ideas and review of challenges mentors are facing in mentoring activity. The mentors’ feedback will be adapted for the future work of the Seminar that will be held in the near future in other regions covered by ScaleUp and YBR programmes.
