Boris Tkachenko, YBR project manager took part in YBI master class on March 13-17 in Brazil

Boris Tkachenko, Youth Business Russia (YBR) project manager took part in the master class delivered by Youth Business International (YBI) on March 13-17 in Curitiba, Brazil. The master class was dedicated to comprehensive support for budding entrepreneurs with the focus on training and mentoring. Representatives of 25 YBI members took part in the master class, including Youth Business Russia, Fundacion Impulsar (Argentina), Loden Foundation (Bhutan), Futurpreneur (Canada), Dominica Youth Business Trust (Dominican Republic), Youth Business Spain, Youth Business Mongolia, MOST (Kazakhstan), Fundacion Paraguaya (Paraguay), Technoserve (South Africa), Kenya Youth Business Trust, Keren-Shemesh (Israel), KIZ (Germany), Perspektiva - CID (Peru), Yo Quiero Yo Puedo (Mexico), Corporacion El Minuto de Dios (Columbia), Startup Direct (UK), Fate Foundation (Nigeria), Youth Business Poland, ideiaLab (Mozambique), Smart Kolektiv (Serbia), Youth Business Ukraine, ICCO Bolivia, ENDA Inter-Arabe (Tunisia) and Alianca Empreendedora of Brazil as co-organizer.

It was the first time that Boris Tkachenko attended an YBI event in his new role as the member of YBI Network Strategy Implementation Steering Committee where he was elected just before the event, and as the member of YBI Mentoring Peer Wisdom Group. As part of the master class agenda, Boris delivered the seminar on the development of the entrepreneur’s emotional intelligence and the sessions on mentoring and training components coordination and building best practices exchange on training and mentoring between different counties.
